Hidden dangers in a Notice of Appeal

Do you know how senior lawyers object to an appeal?

Just like the thunder clouds above, they will look at the words of your notice of appeal.

If your notice of appeal says that you are appealing against the entire decision, you are safe.

But, if it does not say that and instead says that you are appealing against the decision of the judge, the judge may have allowed the claim, he may have allowed the counterclaim he, may have dismissed the counter claim.

Lawyers will take objection to that.

So, in your notice of appeal, be very careful with what you say.

That is a life-saving advice I often give to my juniors.

Try it best of luck.
